Users may upload deals, data, and documents. You confirm you have rights to the content and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We are not responsible for user-generated content.

DealLedger facilitates connections between users, does not participate in transactions, and does not guarantee deal outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for investment losses, inaccurate deal information, or user interactions.
