Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law.
2. Deal Access Fees
Fees paid to access property deals are non-refundable once access is granted and are considered payment for digital content.
3. Transaction Fees
Any platform fees charged on completed deals are non-refundable.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered where technical failure prevented access or where legal obligations require it.
5. Cooling-Off
Where applicable under UK law, cooling-off rights may apply unless waived.
